Key Clients Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) TDG, since 1998, has tailored training to
the FAA environment consistent with both the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) and the program and project management
standards promulgated by PMI. This training was built upon survey work done by TDG among FAA project and program managers to
determine where the training needs were the greatest. TDG is assisting the FAA in establishing a career path identity for
project and program managers. General Services Administration (GSA) TDG was selected by the General Services
Administration (GSA) to develop and present program and project management education and training for managers selected from
across the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. As the major element of the Strategic and Tactical Advocates for Results
(STAR) program, TDG has supported almost all elements of the Executive Branch since 1999 in providing this important career
development education. TDG has consistently received top ratings for effectiveness and relevancy since the start. The material
presented by TDG in the STAR program is keyed to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Executive Core Qualifications. The
presentations have also focused on developing competitive business cases and project plans as required by OMB under the A-11

management consulting and perform project audits for the engineering and software development R&D organization. We also provide
coaching and mentoring for the project managers and project team members. |
